What is Paint Correction?

Paint correction is used to describe the process of restoring the paintwork of a vehicle by eliminating surface imperfections (swirl marks, scratches, watermarks) through different stages of compounds and polishing.

The process involves the removal of contaminants that are embedded in the paintwork's clear coat followed by the application of heavy to fine abrasive polishes to level out the surface of the clear coat.
